Snacks

One of the biggest pitfalls that dieters fall into is snacking. Snacking doesn’t have to be a bad thing… as a matter of fact it’s can be a good thing (raises metabolism, deters binge eating, etc.)… just as long as it’s done right.

I know a lot of these are simple, but below are a list of some of my favorite snacks:

  1. Baby carrots (with or without 0-calorie ranch/0-calorie Frank’s Red Hot)
  2. Cucumber slices
