Websites & Blogs

There is A LOT of information out there when it comes to dieting. Some of these sites are blogs like my own, journaling other’s own weight-loss trials and triumphs. Others are good resources to have for counting calories, nutritional data, and other helpful info when trying to lose weight:

  1. CalorieKing.com
    A great resource if you want to know how many calories there are in everyday foods. They have a great mobile site as well.
  2. Diet-Blog.com
    Interesting takes on diet, excercise, and diet inspiration.
  3. Texags.com – Health & Fitness
    The one part of this site I actually enjoy reading because some of the folks on this board are actually knowledgeable and offer good weight loss tips.
